Program dari Pusdatin Depkes RI untuk mewujudkan sistem informasi secara online telah dimulai dengan mempersiapkan infrastruktur di daerah berupa perangkat komputer beserta server. Seperti yang telah dipersiapkan di Provinsi Kepri.
